Can you sell disassembled rifle magazines that have a capacity greater than 10 rounds to anyone, or only out of state, where it is legal to own mags over 10 or 15 rounds?

You can sell standard capacity magazine repair kits (many do, check the 'private sales gun parts' forum) and you can sell them out of state as well./Chris
