DROS at Gun Show without Power / Internet

Hey all -

If I go to a gun show where power / internet may not be available for the use of using DES or a printer, how do I collect a copy of their ID, FSC, Proof of Residency, etc? Will me taking a photo with my phone suffice for the time being, then I get actual photocopies when they come to pick it up?

If you have a cell phone of I pad, take a picture of whatever documents you need and send it to you home base computer to be printed off later. That's my best guess.
