    Storage for CA RAW

Does anyone know a licensed gun dealer in SoCal where I can store an AR-15 that is a California Registered Assault Weapon? I've called several gun stores and all either don't store firearms or say they don't have a "assault weapons license" which they need to do so.
    Thanks

Buy a gun safe and store it in that at your house/apartment.

Sorry, I wasn't clear that they need to be stored by a licensed gun dealer. I'm looking for a licensed gun dealer with an assault weapons permit.

You won't find many here in CA. Last time I looked for a client Addax Tactical had one and could help, but they want a fortune. Why not ship them to ANY FFL out of state to do the same thing? You will have a much larger pool of FFl's to chose from and thus get a better price.

Is it at Named assault weapon, or by features assault weapon? With a featured AW, Per the DOJ, if you remove the upper from the lower on an AR-15, it is no longer an AW. It will still be registered and a AW, but it is not an AW. AW transportation, storage, etc rules don't apply.

If it is a "registered AW" the SN is a AW even if the frame / receiver is stripped.

OP try martin B retting sp? The were able to do what you need at one time.

Because you can't get it back from them when you want your gun back in California.
