    I bought/sold a vintage 22 rifle w/o a serial number,
    if I recall the DROS form stated no serial number.

      PPT like normal. The DROS form with just say "NSN" No Serial Number in the serial number box. Alternatly, they can transfer it directly to any California resident that has a 03FFL and COE since it is a C&R gun.

      Those are cool guns, built by High Standard for sale through Sears in the 50-60's

        The DES system will not accept "NSN" I usually call every couple times I do one but the most common entry is "Antique2"
