CA DOJ, BOF Customer Service still broken

So back in February 8th, 2022 I was filling out the online COE form and had a question about one of the weird numbers they wanted. I emailed the question in since they should know what the number refers to. Today, December 2nd, 2022 I got an email acknowledging they still haven't answered my email from February... I already figured it out back in the day and have my COE already. But just pointing out that 10-months after the fact, they still haven't answered a 2-minute email and they know it... God help people with real problems with this group.

I received the same email. I'm surprised they even sent it, creating documentation that they are inept and can not serve the public in a timely manner.

And just as I'm typing this I receive the same email from the DOJ from a different department/person. Just to confirm I know they are idiots.

Your problem is thinking "customer service" You are not a customer. You are asking the government a question.

Everything wrong with the DOJ is the fault of Data Analyst 1. Whoever he/she/they are can take the blame for everything. Bonta and his managers are victims of the ineptitude of DA1.
