    Gun buyback with no FFL?

    How do these gun buybacks work without an FFL doing a transfer of ownership? Seems the agencies are ignoring that detail or they have some work-around?

        I took an 80% I practiced machining on and a broken old22 that I could not get parts for and got 200 bucks in target cards.

          they have never really been gun buy backs they are an amnesty police turn in with a gift provided by a third party
