    Interstate intrafamilly trades

    Does anyone know 1 a ffl in San Diego county who is willing to process a transfer like this and 2 is the incoming gun subject to the 10 day wait. The crpa bulletin on them did not specify.

      All transfers in CA that involve a FFL are subject to a 10 day wait unless you are exempt or they are returns of the same gun from repair. If you are a regular joe, you are not exempt.
