1 COE for everything?

I have a COE through work because and am about to apply for my 03FFL to have ammo shipped directly to me so we don't have to log it through my work. Do I need a second COE, or does one cover me both work and ammo purchases?

COE renewal

Greetings:
I have a FFL03 and a COE.
My COE is about to expire (11/20/22) and try as I might, I have been unable to access or contact anyone at CFARS/DOJ who can help me get it done. No way to speak to a live person and every time I try to renew on line I get an automatic message from CFARS that I have "new correspondence" but never is there anything when I log in. FYI there is no direct link to renew and it says it MUST be done on line, only a link for new applications. I'm about at my wit's end. This is my 1st renewal of my 1st COE so maybe someone here who's renewed in the past can offer some advice?

I had trouble renewing my COE last time. My CDL had expired between the time I applied and when they got around to processing my application. I think I got a message that said "Invalid ID" but I can't recall for sure. I didn't realize at the time what the issue was.

On the COE page in the lower left corner is a box for "Assistance Center". I clicked on "Report an Issue". Before I got a response I figured out the problem and uploaded a copy of my new CDL. But they did respond to my issue three days after I submitted it. You might try that route.

I was able to get ahold of someone after emailing them I was locked out of my account. Once I was back in I was able to click the link to renew.

My renewal took a week.
