    Confused by CFARS 'missing Information'

    I got this email today.
The California Department of Justice has received your electronic Certification of Eligibility (COE) application; however, it cannot be processed for the following reason(s):
Please provide your Federal Firearms License (FFL) Type 03 Collector of Curios and Relics FFL Number via email to the COE Unit at: COE@doj.ca.gov . Also be sure to include your first and last name and California Driver’s License/Identification Card number in your email response, thank you!
The information requested should be submitted by logging into the CFARS application https://cfars.doj.ca.gov and navigating to Certificate of Eligibility and selecting "COE Transaction History". If you have any questions, please use the Report an Issue feature in the CFARS application.

Okay, so I submitted the FFl info to the email.
The second paragraph appears to ask me to do the same on the website; however there is no blank field to do so, and no red error asterisk shown saying something is missing.
Has anyone else gone through this confusing step?

    EDIT
Disregard. i found a spot in my CFARS profile to enter it. Sure would been great for them to point me to the right page to enter it, in the first place.

You can refuse to provide it to them and ask them
For the statute or regulation that requires you to provide that information. They’ll not respond and just approve your application.

This just happened to me this week. It’s a regular thing that gets talked about on the C&R subforum.

        For politicians
Not based on any morals or ideals.
