Friendly FFL in Monterey Park for PPT

Not familiar with the area and I was going to make a PPT on a Savage Arms rimfire rifle. I have called Euro Arms and they wanted $122 for a PPT. I assume that there is a limit of $47 plus change for a PPT?

If it was in Ventura County that won't be a problem. Any recommendations on an FFL that would not gouge for PPT?

#37.19 dros + $10 (what ffl can legally make) = $47.19. Euro Arms are hosing you, there is no enforcement so many FFLs charge whatever they like.

If I were you, ask (seller/buyer) if they can drive 5 more minutes to West Covina, Alamo, Ace, are all good. I would prefer Ace.

Isn’t EuroArms on this site?

As said above, go elsewhere. Not too many good FFLs near there so go elsewhere like Ace. Not sure about RTBA.
