The legality of the Alico Two Twenty Two (the two ruger 10/22s side mounted and rotary handle fired)

Im assuming this falls under the same thing as the 1919 - rifle length barrel but no stock so AOW making them assault weapons now under CAs new set up

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

The Alico Two Twenty Two has a "multiburst trigger activator" [PC 16930], which makes it illegal (felony) in CA [PC 32900].

If it is modified so that it no longer has a "multiburst trigger activator" (the crank device is removed and each trigger is operated by itself), then it would be a CA legal rimfire semi-auto firearm that is not a pistol, rifle, or shotgun and can be CA DROS'd as a "long gun, other, semi-auto".

OP, you know the drill. If it's fun, it is 100% illegal in California. Been that way for decades now.
