Hello all,
Few years ago, I purchased a 1911 frame from someone who moved here from out of State, and it was transferred to me as a bare frame without complications. I have since then built it into a full pistol in .45 ACP, and will be selling it via PPT. Question is, since it was transferred to me as a bare frame, would there be complications to PPT to someone else as a full pistol now? Should I break it down to bare frame and PPT it that way? Thanks.
