I'm looking to sell a Yugo M70 parts kit with a receiver. Can I sell from me to an FFL? Can I do a FTF transfer at an FFL? I know I can do FFL to FFL. What are my options to sell legally?

If it is considered an a-salt weapon, then there would be additional restrictions on it. If not, then you can sell it to anyone and directly ship it to a FFL as long as the FFL is willing to receive a firearm from a non-FFL and if you follow all the laws regarding shipping of firearms.Kemasa.

If the kit is not yet built, only the receiver needs to be transferred thru the FFL, and you can ship the kit directly to the buyer. Kits are not considered firearms, and may be sent directly to the purchaser, even though they may have short barrels or other evil features. They only become firearms when a receiver is placed on them.Comment

yes, it is a kit and not a completely built rifle. If the kit is not yet built, only the receiver needs to be transferred thru the FFL, and you can ship the kit directly to the buyer.
