Question on documentation required when purchasing a firearm

Sorry if this belongs in another thread, and quite frankly if its a dumb question, but I haven't been through the process in years and could use a little clarification.

I plan on doing a PPT soon, but my concern is the residency proof since I'm getting a bit of conflicting info from the selected FFL (compared against the doj site)

My DL does not have my current address on it, but what I do have is:

CA Real ID (with prior address)
    Valid Passport
City water bill with the address I intend to declare on the DROS
1st page from my Deed of Trust showing property address and my name

My vehicle isnt registered to me so thats out.

Will I have any issues with the documents I have available?

Ask the FFL you're doing the PPT at. That is the ONLY way to get the answer you need.

I agree, some particular FFL's have their own policies so it's best to call ahead and ask them directly.

Just a suggestion, if you have not officially changed your address with the DMV yet, you may want to do that before the transfer.

The deed should be fine as a government issued doc and works for ATF and CA DOJ. The water bill may or may not work since not all water companies are run by the the city so that depends.
