    PPT tx question

    Hi
    In Sept 2020 sold a pistol via ppt at FFL . Fast forward to Jan 2022 purchaser tries to add to his CCW , county sheriff pistol not registered in his name.

    The FFL used in Sept 2020 is out of business.

    Anyone have this experience, if yes what was done to resolve?
    Anyway possible to ask DOJ?
    I have the DRO s paperwork and buyer has his paperwork
