Broken firarm

Hi FFLs,

There's a thread going where the manufacturer (Rossi/Tarus) say that a Rossi .357 lever gun is not factory repairable. Would that make it a non-firearm for sale/transfer purposes? I picked up an Erma EP 22 frame only at a show in Turlock years ago, that the on site DOJ guy said wasn't a weapon. Thanks PAX

And that EP22 frame is also a firearm unless it has been destroyed per ATF spec
