First time doing a multiple handgun transfer. I assume that I should wait until the date they actually are picked up to fill out and send in the form as it says "Date Transferred." Is that correct?

Yes, the form says "sale or disposistion"

But the customer could be denied or cancel before picking up.
I only submit when they take delivery.
