Does customer need to present for DROS

    Quick question.

If a customer fills out and signs the 4473 for a handgun that is in stock but the customer is on a 30 day wait, can the handgun legally be DROS'd if they are not present on day 31 ?

    Thanks

And then there is another opinion:
        Maybe not the best idea....

The answer is: Yes, a DROS worksheet, just like if a dealer was at a gun show without internet access and submits it after they get back to their premises.

There have been a few write up on this in the past.

This one is decent thought the PC #'s have changed.
