    dros as SSE question.

I was looking at a pistol that was previously dros as a SSE and then later converted into semi after delivery.

Can I now purchase this used pistol in its converted semi auto state and have it dros as semi auto? Or does the seller have to return back to sse state and it will need to dros again as SSE?

Seller told me it can be dros as Semi, but it doesn't seem right.

    Can someone clarify?

Let's say my mom lives outside CA. She gifts me an firearm that is off roster

I do dros with my local FFL and now I have an unsafe handgun.

Can I sell you this unsafe handgun via a local FFL?

      Sure

I believe the same hold true of DA guns that were conceded to SA for an old exemption or Glocks sold with a 9" barrel and then converted back to stock
Rule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED

Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)

Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET

Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT
      (thanks to Jeff Cooper)

If you buy a black Glock and cerakote it white then PPT it, do you PPT as black or white? PPT is as the gun is, just go for it
