Just got an email regarding their technology upgrade and outage from 12/17 at 9:00pm to Tuesday 12/21 at 6:00am. My question is does this affect firearm delivery/pickups? I thought delivery is a state thing. Just wanted to confirm, thanks!

The outage would only impact the eForms process which is typically only Title II weapons.

Yeah, just saw this thread too late. I was trying to efile a form 3 today and was going nowhere fast. Guess it is down now.

Nope CA doesn't use this system at all and like stated is mostly for NFA stuff.
