Monthly Long Gun limit...Multiple bolt action purchases okay?

Was leafing through articles on the legislation that started July of this year regarding a limit of 1 long gun purchase per month. Named centerfire semi-automatic rifles, but I saw no mention of bolt-action. Can I purchase as many bolt guns as I'd like without time restrictions?

Only semi-automatic centerfire rifles are limited - buy as many of other long guns as you like.

    At least, in 2021.

I heard a discussion at my LGS that DOJ is placing semi-auto shotguns on the 1 in 30 list. Per the manager, he was told this by the doj.
When is a shotgun a rifle or is this some new reg not being understood?

We have had no issues with this at all and just delivered many semi auto shotguns with semi auto centerfire rifles

Without a change in Penal Code, this is not supposed to happen. As CA-DOJ seems unwilling to acknowledge this with regularity, can't rule out DOJ trying.
