Have a customer who wants to buy a firearm. They are a permanent resident with a green card and valid ca ID. they are not a us citizen but have been here for 12 years. What forms other than permanent resident card and all other ca handgun buying documents are required.

In order to acquire a handgun, they will need:

1. To be 21 years of age or older.

2. Valid proof of identity.
^The valid permanent resident card is used with their valid CA DL/ID.

3. Valid proof of residence.

4. Valid FSC or exemption to FSC.

Nope first one in many years but clientele is 99% LE so they are all citizens. This one just happened to be a spouse.
