    Multiple Firearm DROS Issues

Has anyone else experienced the issue of having error messages when submitting DROS's. I have had three issues when running DROS lately. The first was a PPT with two firearms DOJ, kept giving me an error message saying the transaction couldn't be submitted with out an exemption code. The second was when an individual was buying two lower receivers and says the transaction couldn't be processed with out a 30 day exemption code. The third transaction was a repeat PPT with two guns. I called DOJ and they told me the solution was to clear my cookies and cache on my browser, or use a different web browser. Has anyone else experienced this issue, or have a better solution to fix this issue. I've been on the phone with DOJ twice about this issue.

A couple weeks ago DOJ put out a bulletin on how to clear cookies to avoid the issue. Have you read that mandatory bulletin? Others had issues but it looks like DOJ has fixed those. I'd re read the bulletin for help

We cleared ours as asked to by the DOJ and haven't had an issue.

I had this issue. Deleting everything and starting fresh in a new browser window seemed to resolve it.

I run on a Mac with Safari and had to enable Developer mode to *really* clear the cache and then I dumped the all CA.GOV cookies in Preferences.

Open Safari > Preferences, and click on the Advanced Tab. Then check the box next to "Show Develop in menu bar." Once you exit Preferences, you'll see a new Develop menu appear.
