Business License Renewal

Even though I applied for my local business license the day after they sent me the renewal form (and hand delivered it to the County Clerk's Office), I just received my new license on Saturday. I can't find the instructions on where to send it. I mailed it today, along with a copy of my prior Centralized List Letter to the addresses listed on the CLFD application form. Have any of you FFLs sent in your business license recently and if so, what address did you use?

Here is the address on the CLFD application that I used:

Email it tics@doj.ca.gov and include your CFD number, they will update your file with the new expiration date on the business License and you wont get penalized. I go through this every year since Ventura business licenses expire on June 30, still waiting to renew my business license.

Ditto on the business license expiration hence my panic. The same unit at the County Sheriff's office that handles business licenses for firearms dealers also handles CCW applications and renewals so they are really swamped.

I didn't mention it in my post but I did email it to this address:

I actually got a response within a half hour saying it was received and my information updated. I should have updated the post earlier.

Your doj rep can give you the correct email address to use too. I just emailed my docs in recently as well.
