    Memorial Day

    For those of you that served, my thanks!
    American soldier by choice. Made in America by the Grace of God.

    So, now it is ironic that the State whittles away at the right of its citizens to defend themselves from the possible oppression of their State.

      Today is not our day, it is for those that made the ultimate sacrifice. It's so sad how the vast majority of people don't even think of that and just savor an extra day off.

      I've had people confuse Memorial Day with Veterans Day with me many times.

              Believe me, I know the difference. I served as well but was fortunate not to have made the ultimate sacrifice. I choose to remember ALL that served with equal reverence.
