FSC question

I was purchasing a consignment handgun. I presented my FSC but it's a copy.
The FFL said it had to be "wet" copy (original) - wet being the ink.

The LGS that issued my FSC (different shop) said to make a copy of it and use that and keep the original safe. He said it would be okay, so I made a two copies - one stays in the car and one in my wallet.

Is there a regulation that says it has to be a "wet" copy? I was looking through the CADOJ site and didn't see any reference to that requirement.

I don't know of a regulation for it. Make a copy with an ink jet printer then it is technically a wet ink copy.

FSC question

I laminate the ones that I issue back to back with my business card. And yes, we are supposed to see the original even though the system now checks to ensure that the FSC and driver license match when the DROS is submitted.
