baby eagle not so blues

i just recently purchased a 'baby eagle' mr4500rs (45 acp) and after shooting it for the first time i (not being a gun smith) thought it was aiming dramatically low. put it in a gun vise and confirmed it the barrel is not rifled very heavily not sure what it is call but does not look the same as all my other pistols I.E. Hexagonal (polygonal) is this norm.. where can i purchase a different barrel or is there a good gunsmith is los angeles avail to sight the pistol for me???? also interested in a conversion kit

i use a eaa witness barrel in mine it requires a minor modification (slight dremmling on a non critical location)

Does it shoot low consistently? Meaning; are your shots grouping tightly, only lower than you are aiming?
