    I'm opening a new gun shop in San Benito County. We're still unsure about a lot of stuff. We have quite a few people interested in Consignment. so I'm sure this has already been asked, but do I need any special licenses to do Consignment in California? If so how do I go about doing so?

      You need a second hand dealer license.
