Minimum Handgun Barrel Length

Is there a minimum legal handgun barrel length? I can't seem to find anything that says there is.

There is no minimum barrel length for handguns.

There are minimum barrel length requirements to qualify for the SAE and SSE2.
^If the handgun does not meet any of those requirements, then it does not qualify for that exemption.

Single Action Revolver Exemption (SAE). [PC 32100(a)]
1. Minimum barrel length of 3".
2. Minimum overall length of 7.5".
3. Minimum 5 round cylinder capacity.

Single Shot Pistol Exemption (SSE2). [PC 32100(b)]
1. Minimum barrel length of 6".
2. Minimum overall length of 10.5".
3. Must operate as a bolt-action or as a break-open.
4. Can never have been semi-auto.

Thanks. This one is C&R and maybe even antique. Its an old "British (or Belgian) Bulldog" type revolver with an 1 1/4" barrel. Selling it for a widow and just didn't want DOJ knocking on my door when I list it.

Most "British Bulldogs" were made in the 1870-1880's. I have one made by P. Webley & Sons. Not sure about the belgian copys, but it may be old enough to be considered an antique.
