    PPT Non-Roster handguns

    Is a off roster handgun PPT from a LEO to Non-LEO still allowed?

    Yes. Some ffl want to know who is coming from etc. So just hit up your ffl. I also heard new LEO are not allowed to sell to non LEO.

      There is no issue with LEO selling PPT off roster.
