Need a Ventura/SB County FFL for private shipped AR

Anyone know of a Ventura or maybe even Santa Barbara county FFL who will accept a privately shipped (non-FFL) long gun for in-state transfer? I have contacted a number or LGS in Ventura, Camarillo, and Oxnard and some don't do it, some tell me it is illegal (from my research this isn't true), and some never answer their phone or email. So I'm hoping someone on here maybe knows of one. Thanks!
