Applying For FFL 03

I'm Applying as an individual with my home address.
RP Responsible person. Do I put my info in that section or is it for additional people besides myself* if any?
I assumed the application had to have my social security number somewhere on it, but the only place for it is in the "RP responsible" person" section. Maybe it goes under Employer Identification Number (EIN),??

Any help is greatly appreciated

The responsible person is yourself. No, your SS does not go in EIN. It goes where it is being asked for.

Starting to look at the process for applying FFL03 only, few questions, appreciate any feedback.
1. Does this apply? --> "Copy 2 must be submitted to the Chief Law Enforcement Officer (CLEO) of the locality in which the premises sought to be licensed is located."
2. Does this mean FFL03 does not need my photo and FD-258? --> "For all license types- except type 03 Collector of Curios and Relics- applications must be accompanied by one 2"x2" photo of each Responsible Person (RP) on the license, and one FD-258 (Fingerprint Card) for each RP on the license."

FFL03 does not need a photo or fingerprint card.

Yes, you DO need to send a copy to your CLEO - usually city police or county sheriff. For an FFL03, it's a formality unless you've pissed them off in the past

Thanks! Filled out Part A & B, Type 03 seems lot easier than others. Sending them out tomorrow by mail. Hopefully they will approve. Also applied COE with the state.
