    Gforce

I can't seem to find Gforce Arms under the manufacture drop down menu in the Dealer Long Gun Sale. Has anybody had this issue? If, so how did you Dros the Gforce Shotgun?

For manufacturer put "U S" and in the comments section add the brand information of "GForce Arms". I believe they are made in Turkey but DOJ told me "U S" will work since the company states it is in Reno.

Um, US refers to Unlicensed Subject. So that would be incorrect

Made in USA Model would be accurate and I add the make and model in the model box and note as such in “notes”

I know this because I AW registered an AR pistol in 2017 and DOJ told me to put US in the box as it was made by an “unlicensed subject” They also had me note that it was made in the “USA”

If you look closely, both are in the drop down.

The meaning of "U S" changed at some point. When the first drop down appeared (prior to AW registrations) they told us to use "U S" which I admit I am still using. Only after the AW registrations and reading in these forums did I hear that DOJ now was referring to that as "Unlicensed Subjects" vs "United States"

I don't see Made in America or Made in USA currently.

I do see "U.S.A. Model" though...I'm curious though why they have never wondered why I have registered so many "Unlicensed Subject" long arms though :| especially since they can't see the comments (or at least they claim they cannot).

side note: The data they collect here has so much garbage that I really think the only useful part is the SN and then they look if the make/model is remotely similar to the firearm in their hand... especially since things like barrel length, color, etc.. can all be different from the first time it was registered..and because of instances like we're describing where we've received differnet answers at differnet times over the past X years. They proably should have had "Not Listed" and then gave us instructions like Taperxz is doing where we put both items in the model field... at least then the data would have been more consistent....

I too did it differently before, but when I could not find "GForce, Made is USA, US or USA" I called DOJ and asked how they wanted me to do it now and that's when they stated to use the "U S" and add the brand to the comments section. New Year, new way of doing things to appease DOJ.
