Selling Reloading Powders

I can't get ahold of my ATF contact and the ATF explosives division will not call me back for two weeks now.

Do I need a separate FFL or license for selling reloading powders to customers? Im an 07 FFL/SOT

if you plan to ship primers or powder, you'll need the hazmat training and certifications from UPS/FedEx too
