Ammo DROS on Pickup Issues?

Anyone encounter this?

Customer Picks Up Firearm (I forgot to click to add ammo)
Due Standard Eligibility Check for customer (I eat $1)
Ammo Check comes back Deny/Rejected?!?!?!

I've done these before (where I forgot to add it to the pickup) and never has the ammo check come back rejected immediately after the Delivery of a firearm.

I double checked everything and had the customer double check all the info..it all matched..

I'm sending it into the DES help email (since I have screenshots showing the info), but was curious if anyone else encountered this...

And..it just happened to another customer...

A 3rd customer I processed his ammo pickup with his DROS pickup directly and that worked fine...

Problem Solved (sort of).. Apparently ... according to the DES agent.. you have to wait 24 hours... and the stupid FFLs (us, me paraphrasing what she said) were assuming it immediately should be working.....what a load of horse crap...

ETA: apparently since the Penal Code doesn't say it should be immediately available she opined it could even take longer and we just have to deal with it since there's no definition.

I have not had this problem (yet), have had a few first time buyers p/u right at approval time, and either I didn't have ammo or they wanted more (homebased), and I ran ID to check before they go stand in line at the sportsmans, and all approved.

That's what I thought as well. I think something has changed so it's more of an FYI that more FFLs might be seeing this from buyers that maybe picked up their firearm hours ago from Store A and are trying to now buy ammo or range within the same day elsewhere.
