    What is nuts to me about these guys saying this stuff is the impact to the seller when after the sale he might get asked to drive for many hours to correct a BS requirement.

    The FFL should have said that up front and the deal would likely have gone elsewhere.

    OP: Is this a relatively new FFL?

          Im the seller in Chippers situation. I told her to pound sand, I wasnt coming back out that way. That I manage a FFL and our DOJ rep told us that it is not required for seller to come back. She said that their DOJ rep said the opposite. Told her to call DOJ and get a different rep. Glad Chipper could clear it up with them.
