Cali Centralized List Application - No response

New FFL. - my California Centralized List application was delivered on Nov 20, 2020 with all necessary paper. No reply from DOJ since. Left them voicemails, sent emails, filled in online contact us form but nothing back. Any ideas what might be going on?

Probably just busy and short staffed. Sent ours in dec 1 with a check received a email asking to complete renewal app. Still active online and no check cashed yet.
