FFL03 Application Question - Mobile Home Park resident

First, I searched and did not find this elsewhere.

There is a question about own vs. rent and notifying your landlord.

How does the apply to Mobile Home Parks? I own the mobile home, but rent the space/ground it sits on.

I am sure I am not the only one to apply in this situation.

FFL03 Application Question - Mobile Home Park resident

If you own a mobile home, but rent the space the mobile home is on, you are considered a renter. The mobile home you own is your personal property. The land underneath the mobile home is real property that you rent and do not own.

However, it should be irrelevant, as a FFL03 does not have to fill out questions 13 to 17.
