Intrafamilial Interstate Off Roster AZ To CA Transfer

Ok maybe I'm blind, but I looked and am only seeing a recommendation for Bakersfield but not Los Angeles. My Father who lives in Arizona has offered me one of his pistols that is off roster here where I live, in Los Angeles. Can anyone tell me if there is an FFL in SoCal that can do this? I'm also willing to have it sent to Orange or San Diego County. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks
