COE Renewal

Just applied for my COE renewal the other day and today I got an email stating they need my FFL03 Number? Is this new? If so why does it not state it anywhere on the application that its needed.

Seems odd to me?

Your Certificate of Eligibility application is incomplete. Please provide your Federal Firearms License (FFL) Type 03 Collector of Curios and Relics FFL number and resubmit.

I just received the same notice. And when I try to upload a copy of my FFL and CDL, I cannot select the file type, as required by the DOJ file upload page. All I see in the file type drop down menu is "select" It doesn't show the document types to select a jpg file. Any ideas anyone?

I called their phone number but there no one answering the phone...

Mine only asked for the FFL03 Number so I wrote it out in the comments section. Hopefully that is ok with them.

You may want to try another browser as I did upload a JPG of my Drivers Licenses without issue on the first pass. I hear the CFARS site has issues with different browsers. I used Chrome for mine.

That did it! I was using Firefox, switched to Chrome and it uploaded my FFL and CDL.
