I searched this topic and wasnt able to come up with anything related to my situation, so here it goes.
I am buying a Cali Legal AR15 from my buddy. He is a Oregon Resident. I went in to one of my local gun shops and I was handed a Cal DOJ Firearm Ownership Record form. The guy at the counter said fill it out and send it in and your good. He also said or you can have both of us come in and do the transfer 10 day wait gig, pay 50 bucks, good to go. I got a call into DOJ but I am sure all be waiting all week for them to call me back. Anybody got any insite
