You might check out other on-line dealers ans see what they are doing and how it might apply to your operation.American soldier by choice. Made in America by the Grace of God.
So, now it is ironic that the State whittles away at the right of its citizens to defend themselves from the possible oppression of their State.

ammunition transfer agreement: How do you even do an agreement when you release your docs to a vendor and then once they have it on hand, they just start sending you any ammo someone buys without telling you?
charges: whatever it is worth for you to go through the trouble?
If it isn't picked up: again, whatever it is thats worth your trouble? Be careful to just try to keep it too, CA has laws about abandoned merchandise that doesn't belong to you.
Liability: you assume all liability as the transfering ammo vendor for background checks and you could be liable for anything since you assume implied liability in the course of the transaction. At the end of the day, you assume all liability for the transaction. Not sure what could or can go wrong but your question is very general.Comment
