    New Married Name

    How do I run a DROS for a lady who has gotten married. She has a new last name but has not updated her DMV records yet. Do I run it as her married name or the name on her CDL?

    I think I should run it with her current (new) legal name, but will that get kicked if there is no matching DMV record?

      Good question.
      Would like to know.
      But just thinking about it logically, she has to update her ID first.

          I would list her "new" married name as usual and her "old" name under alias (which means also know or more familiar under another name)
