Could be some recent thing they implemented. I did not think it mattered at all..i am still waiting to hear back from my rep though. Not sure if that's good or bad. Usually she's pretty quick to respond.

Lets hope not, I mean some people like myself have multiple phone numbers and some people change numbers all the time. I have always tried to use my work number for everything so all the spam goes to it instead of my personal.
