Ppt limit per year

Hi, i am getting mixed answers on this.
This year I have sold 2 rifles and 3 pistols all in separate transactions and was under the impression I have hit my annual limit. But someone is telling me the 5 transactions limit applies to handguns only, does that mean I have two more sale left of hand guns?

Under Penal Code section 16730 right now:

So five transactions is the limit in a calendar year.
