Had a ppt that the purchased failed to pick up 30 day denial (nub)

- What must i do now to get the firearm back to the original owner?

do I call for an NTN or is there an option for a certain type of dros I must run in the DES?

Owner has to come back and dros. Then they are his after 10 day and fees

How is it supposed to be processed through DROS? As it is not a dealer sale or private party

Don't you cancel the original dros/purchaser because it went over 30 days then redros it back to seller as "return to owner"?

Is "return to owner" option under HSC/FSC Exemption code or is it somewhere else?
