Hello good folks. I have tried to find the answer to this and cannot. I know that out of state transfers have to be son/dad/grandpa but I do not have my father listed on my birth certificate nor do I have any record that he is my dad other than a paternity test. Would he still be able to do an intrafamiliar transfer to me?

If parent is out of state, then they can sell/ gift you an off roster handgun as long as it does not violate a different rule
Assault weapon
Large magazine
Some FFL want a notarized letter from the gifting parent explaining the family tree
I don’t recall any Bio parent legal terms in the law
Are your mom and dad together?
If yes, it might be easier to have mom mail it to the FFL
Lots of folks divorce. Lots of folks get name changes.
The notarized affidavit from your parent should work.
Chat with the FFLRule 1- ALL GUNS ARE ALWAYS LOADED
Rule 2 -NEVER LET THE MUZZLE COVER ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DESTROY (including your hands and legs)
Rule 3 -KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOUR SIGHTS ARE ON THE TARGET
Rule 4 -BE SURE OF YOUR TARGET AND WHAT IS BEYOND IT
