The harder part is going to be getting the seller to come back out to sign. The customer made his own bed unfortunately, stuff happens but action and inaction have consequences. The seller on the other hand already got paid and fully completed what he said he would do so getting him to come back out would be a favor really to the buyer.

Does the seller have to come back? Couldn't you use the original DROS with his/her signature like a DROS worksheet you'd use when the seller and buyer are not both at your shop at the same time?

If you utilized the DROS worksheet in the first place you wouldn't have to have the seller come back. But thats not really your problem at all. Frankly we do not do it either, I dont care if the seller is inconvenienced by it or not. Not my PRAH-BLEM
