Intra-Fam transfer form question

So I'm working on xfering a firearm, AR, that I built from a bare receiver that I DROS'd years ago. Is this transferred as a rifle? Semi-auto? receiver only? As far as the DOJ knows it was purchased as a stripped receiver not a rifle. Never reg'd as AW. What's this look like on the form for "Category" guidance would be appreciated. He's leaving the State, this will be exiting with him.
