Helpful things to include in your question ...

Many questions involve exactly where you live, so, despite any concerns about internet privacy, the answers often require that you include your geographical location - at least, down to the county, and city is usually even better.

Second, laws are different if the people involved all live in California, or if at least one lives out of CA. Residents of different states bring in Federal law, as well as CA law, so please identify the states of residence of all parties involved.

Lacking those bits of essential info, folks who want to answer your questions must post the request for the answers. That just takes longer than being complete.

It's also helpful if you can use all 80 characters of your thread title to give some idea what your question is about. A thread title like "Question" is pretty useless.

Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!

That is one of my issues as well. Nummies come on here and ask for help and do not have sense to say where they are or give particulars. #1 where can I find an ffl that will do this with no location.
